KONSORTIUM PERUMAHAN RAKYAT TERENGGANU SDN. BHD was given the responsibility by the State Government to set several strategies for meeting local housing needs. This step is particularly important given the need for housing affordability. The State Government has proposed the establishment of a consortium to accelerate the implementation of the housing program. As a result of the combination of all the capabilities and expertise available among several State Government Subsidiaries, the KONSORTIUM PERUMAHAN RAKYAT TERENGGANU SDN. BHD or better known as KOPERAT was established on the 10th of June 1996.
