Encik Azizul Bin Ab Hadi began his career as a State Administrative Officer on September 1, 2005, and held the position of Assistant Land Administrator at the Besut Land Office. In 2006, he advanced to become the Assistant Land Administrator (Enforcement, Technical, and Revenue) at the Besut Land Office.

In 2010, he was appointed Secretary of the Setiu District Council. By 2011, he had progressed to the role of Director of the Management Services Department at the Kemaman Municipal Council. In 2012, he became the Senior Assistant Secretary of Government (Counseling and Performance Unit) in the Human Resource Management Division.
